Charter buses.?

Do charter buses have seat belts? Normal school buses do not, and I didn't know if it was any different for charter buses. Also do they have restrooms? What about seats, are they larger, or smaller? And do the arm rests (if any) go up? What other features are on charter buses? And what about safety, it seems you hear all the time about them crashing.
