How do I get the school board to move bus stop?

My daughter's bus stop is at a very dangerous intersection but the bus won't turn on my street because I live in a cul-de-sac. Any suggesstions on how I fight the school board to get this changed. Also, my daughter has an IEP for speech and language, but the school district wants her to ride a "special mini-bus". What rights does she have with an IEP? Does she have to ride this special bus? I live in PA.

1. If the bus stop is a public bus stop (i.e. not only for school busses) then you need to present any evidence you have that it is dangerous to the local authorities; if it is specifically for school busses then you need to present the same evidence and argument to the school authorities. Unfortunately I don't know exactly what rights she has, as I come from England, but I don't think she has to ride the minibus if you don't see it as suitable. It is a subject that you would have to talk to the school about. Sorry I can't be of more help...
2. i live in PA too it is abbsolute horror to change a tbus stop the only thing i can say is your child is not suupose to go to theat intersection for dangerous reasons and then list a lot of techno terms and they will think about it took us 2 years to get a bus stop changed and thhey measured to see if the one we wanted to change to was closer the only i can say is keep tryin
