At what time does the metro in paris start and stops working?

And before and after that time, are there busses operating?

2. The Paris metro starts at about 5:30 AM and runs until about 12:30AM. They do have buses in Paris. I used the night bus (the Noctilien) when I was there after the metro closed.
3. The Paris Metro starts working at 5:30am and stops at 1:15am. On Saturdays and holidays, it stops at 2:15am. And yes there are night buses.
