Bus or train stops from New Jersey to Manhattan.......?

Ok I need to go from Sussex Counrty NJ (Landing Area) to the corner of Broadway & Grand st in NYC what is the closest train stop & or Bus Stop to that corner from NJ? In NJ I will be leaving by a train or bus (Bus is Landing area, train is Netcong NJ area) Thanks in advanced =) I know that this is a strage question but Y'a never know.

1. This question is unclear. It sounds like you already know how to get on a train and/or bus in your Jersey location. NJ Transit buses generally let off at the Port Authority Bus Terminal at West 39th-42nd streets. NJ Transit trains let out at Penn Station on West 32nd-34th streets. Use the subway map at www.mta.info...or the directions service at www.hopstop.com if you are still confused...to figure out which subway line you wish to transfer to at PABT or Penn Station.
