- get in touch with ur person you report to and explain dont just leave it and bury ur head in the sand and hope nothing hapens
- Probably a couple of days in the slammer, then they will let you out when they think you are serious about the community service.
- if you didn't get this recorded the first time you will have a recorded now and for missing the community service, depending on how many hours you had they might fine you
- You're hopefully going to prison
- Death Penalty
- Hopefully they'll lock you up,your a tosser fro drink driving and stealing someone elses car.
- You already knew the bus route so I don't get why you did not leave earlier. I dont know what aggravted t.w.o.c is but I do not what drink driving is. The courts gave you punishment for a reason, it is up to you to make sure you attend. If you know you are going to be late, then surely you had money for a phone call, you could of rang your probabtion officer and let him/her know. The judge might send you down for a while. Good luck
- Fine and more hours
- you are really lucky you got such a light sentance drink driving is a serious offence you should make a lot more effort to get there. if you don't a judge could give you a custodial sentance. get in touch with your supervisor asap.any previous will count against you serious or not .
- Hope you like porridge.
- Well we can rule out a ticker tape parade. What do you think will happen? Hopefully a long stay in jail as you seem to need some encouragement to pay your debt.
- YOU CAN BE STEPPED BACK , IN OTHER WORDS LOCKED UP. YOU NEED TO CONTACT YOU PROBATION OFFICER ASAP AND SEE IT YOU CAN RESCHEDULE, BEFORE YOU GO BACK TO COURT. THE JUDGE WILL SEE IT AS YOU DON'T TAKE YOUR SECOND CHANCE SERIOUSLY.
- i would have thought you'll probably go to prison for a few weeks as a punishment/warning then they'll let you out to continue your community service then if you miss it again prison sentence will be longer.
- Is twoc taking without owners consent (aggrevated so you used a weapon) and you were drunk! you were very lucky you didnt get sent down the first time. With abit of luck you will be looking at 12 months.
- The court is not going to be impressed that you couldn't be bothered to get off your backside and abide by their order. You will be looking at a more serious punishment, which could well include some time inside.
- Please put yourself together. If you really want to comply you will. There is no excuses for transport reasons. If you would have got £ 1 million to be in London at 5 AM I bet you will find a solution how to be there on time. You have been find, take it as a fact and do the community service. Contact your probation officer and handle him to give the last chance and keep the promise and will be all OK.
- No, you're right - the reason is not good enough.... York has got fabulous bus services (I lived there for 6 years a few years ago)... there's no way you can possibly be 5 miles away from a bus stop on a main road in York. I'm guessing that you will get a VERY stern lecture, and be told that if you fail to show again then you'll be given custodial.
- The attitude of the community service officer will have some impact on what happens next. You may simply be fined for each breach (or have additional hours added onto your sentence) and be ordered to continue with the Community Service. On the other hand, the court would be entitled to revoke the order and sentence you to a term of imprisonment instead for the original offence. I think that the former is the more likely of the two. Be as abjectly humble and apologetic as you are able. Promise that there will be no repeat of this. It is your best chance.
- GO TO JAIL. do not collect £200
- hopefully you get hanged drink driving twice you fool
