How do I travel from Charlottesville, VA to Harrisonburg, VA?

I will move in to UVA in Charlottesville, VA next fall, but I will need to make periodic trips to Harrisonburg, VA (JMU specifically) and I do not own a car. Does anyone know about a shuttle/bus service available that might do the trip I need?
