  1. Not sure where you're needing a bus from, but here are some that go to San Miguel de Allende from various part of Mexico From Mexico City (North Terminal): ETN - Enlaces Terrestres Nacionales (executive class) Ómnibus de México (plus) Primera Plus (plus) Flecha Amarilla (economy) Herradura de Plata (economy) From Guanajuato: Flecha Amarilla (economy) From Querétaro: Satélite (economy) Flecha Amarilla (economy) Herradura de Plata (economy) From Nuevo Laredo Transportes de la Frontera (plus) Estrella Blanca (plus) Hope this helps, below is a link to ETN, the best bus in Mexico. You can probably get their number from there.
  2. Never heard of that busline. There are Luxury class: ETN http://www.etn.com.mx/ Primera Plus http://www.primeraplus.com.mx/ (this w/s is down) Second class: Flecha Amarilla, Herradura de Plata Estrella Blanca http://www.estrellablanca.com.mx Here's a website with all of the buses that go through the Terminal Central del Norte bus station in Mexico City: http://www.centraldelnorte.com.mx/sitpaginf.cfm?tema_id=25 American Express has a shuttle that goes to the airport in León and back to San Miguel, but you need to make a reservation. They're on Hidalgo St., #1A. If you're traveling long distances, I'd suggest paying a few extra pesos for the luxury class bus. They give you a light meal (sandwich, galleta, drink), and there's a bathroom on the bus. The trip is shorter, as they usually go the most direct route on the cuota roads. The second class buses stop in every little town on the way to your destination. Good luck.
  3. You don't call in Mexico. You go to the bus station and shop or buy a ticket. There are so many bus lines you don't have to worry !!
