Creating Friday & Saturday night shuttle bus service from San Marcos to 6th Street in Austin - feedback please

My business partner and I have worked out a deal to create a shuttle bus service from the San Marcos / TSU campus area to 6th Street in Austin. This will be a BYOB "party bus" type transportation, as we are targetting the TSU college students and party-seekers. We want to run the service on Friday and Saturday nights from 8pm - 3am. I would like to get some feedback on possible ideas, good bus stop locations (like at popular apartment complexes), or just business stuff in general (like how much to charge each way?) I'm in the planning phase and any feedback, suggestions, or business ideas would be appreciated. I live in Austin but am pretty unfamilar with San Marcos itself. Thanks! Nick

2. Sounds like a great idea. Best advice...lots and lots of insurance and an attorney on retainer b/c that sounds like an accident waiting to happen.
3. I suggest you discuss your proposal with the Austin G & L Chamber of Commerce too get their ideas. I think I sounds good on paper but as "My View" said get lots of insurance coverage. I think $15/person is enough for the roundtrip. San Antonio resident.
