Alternative airport shuttle service in New Orleans?

I have used the Airport Shuttle that operates out of the terminal in New Orleans and have only had TERRIBLE experience with them -- it's always super slow, inefficient and staff clearly hates their jobs. Does anyone know of another service in New Orleans? I am trying to plan for a group of people arriving, so I would be renting out full shuttle vans. (note: It will be around 100 people, but not all at the same time, they will be coming in from all over the place over the course of about a day and a half, so large scale charter buses probably aren't what I want)

1. I use park and fly right across the street. I have had really good experiences with them
2. I recommend you make contact with whatever hotel you are using and have them help you arrange for a shuttle service. Most (maybe all) of the tour companies (ex. Grey line, Tours by Isabelle) have 11 to 20 passenger vans and it may be practical for them to have one waiting at the airport on a set schedule (ex. every hour on the hour or whatever works for your group). I have used the Airport Shuttle in the past (not recently) and had no problems. However, even if the service was not poor using the regular shuttle means riding around from hotel to hotel until they get to yours. Good luck!
