What is the law regarding a child with no other means of transportation to school being denied bus service?

My son was thrown off the school bus for miss behavior, I have no way of taking him to school in the mornings and no alternate means of transportation has been offered to him. I want to know what the laws are regarding this in the state of Ga.

1. Sounds like a case for the school board. The driver was within his/her rights is this issue as the child in question was (in the drivers opinion) endangering the lives of others on board. The driver is responcible for maintaining order and safety. ALL STATES....................
2. You could look in to taxi service. Or he could walk. Walking might release some of the pent up rage he may be using on the bus. If you use a taxi, make sure he has to so some work to PAY for the taxi. As a teacher, it would be very unusual for this to happen the FIRST time the child misbehaved on the bus. Your child needs to take ownership for his behavior and you need to find a way to change your child's behavior.
