Has anyone used the Dentistry bus service that goes from Palm Springs, CA to one of the Mexico border towns?

Would like to know who organizes the bus tour and what town in Mexico is their destination. With the dollar falling daily as related to the euro (don't know if the same is true with the peso), how much are prices rising ? Will April, 2009 be too late, cost wise, or will confidence in the dollar surge with a new president in January?
