Commuter bus service to The Woodlands from downtown Houston?

I am a Canadian and I plan to visit The Woodlands, Texas. Can someone please let me know of any commuting bus service to the Woodlands from downtown Houston or localities around Texas Medical Centre? Also, the frequency of service, if available. I need to know the bus trips only. Thank you in advance.

1. There is The Woodlands Express. I believe that it is mostly for people to get to work but it is worth looking into. You can take it just once but their schedule is going to mean you will be downtown all day. This is really the only bus service that will take you there though. 2. I always see a bus called the Woodlands Express that runs a commuter line downtown. Check out ridemtro.org for trip planning and bus line/rail schedules
