Do you love the Italian Greyhound ?

We own an Italian Greyhound, named Laska. Color isabel. We have never met another Italian in that color. Who has ?

5. I have an italian greyhound also, and LOVE them! I have heard of the isabel color, although I do not believe it is in the breed standard. It is probably a name for a mix of colors that is common in other dogs to give people a reference. For example - my IG is really Taupe in color, but that is not a color in the IG standard. He is a blue fawn, but does not have dominant blue or fawn! So I just call him taupe so that people have a better sense of what color he is. 6. I adore IGs but they are too fragile for me...We have a whippet instead...a bit bigger, less "breakable", but same fantastic characteristics.
