What is the common long distance bus line in Mexico?

I will be in Guadalajara and would like to travel in Mexico but do not want to drive or take a taxi. Could anyone suggest a large bus line to travel in Mexico (and any details) or another option? Thanks. P.S. I don't mind roughing it.

2. OK. You would just have to go to the bus station once you get here in GDL and choose the one you like. Some pretty good bus lines are ETN, Primera Plus and Omnibus de Mexico.

4. Ominbus de Mexico is my favorite. Very dependable, on time, and CLEAN RESTROOMS!!!!

6. If you already know what cities you want to visit you can find all the bus lines, schedules and costs in www.ticketbus.com.mx However, if you have no idea you can try a travel agency in Guadalajara and they normally have really good organized tours. Buen viaje!!
