My 8 month old Italian greyhound has a upset stomach and is vomiting what should I do?

He is a eating and playing a little what are some home remedies to give him I have no way to get to the vet.

1. I give my dog a tums or rollaids sometimes dogs get the flu too. or did the dog eat anything that it should not have??
2. I had two Iggy's at one point and I remember this problem. We didn't really do much but let them outside and they ate some Grass. They eventualy got over the puking, it may even be the type of food your giving them. Animals can also get depressed just like people, are you giving him enough attention? Iggy's are a very social dog and require a good amount of attention, especialy when they are alone. Mine used to piss all over the floor when we left him alone.

4. Take her to the vet . . he may have parvo and if you don't get it taken care of it can be fatal. If you've given him milk that might be why he's sick. Puppies can't drink milk.
5. Has he eaten something out of the ordinary? Open his mouth and check there is nothing stuck in there that could be causing it. Check what he is vomitting for something that could have caused it. Try and ring your vet see what they suggest and keep a close eye on him for getting worse. But sounds like a bit of an upset and should be okay in a few hours.
6. As long as he is eating ,pooping and his gums are nice and pink he should be fine. Try feeding a bland diet of boiled chicken and rice until his tum straightens out. If things get worse find a way to get him to a vet asap.
7. You can give Pepto Bismol. This will help but if it persists you will have to go to the vet. Don't feed the dog for awhile, but give plenty of water so it doesn't dehydrate. Try keeping the dog calm for a bit and see if it improves. Good Luck.
