How to go to US Embassy in Ottawa from Greyhound Bus station?

I just check from google map that it takes around 3 km to walk from the Greyhound Bus Station in Ottawa to the US Embassy. I don't have a car to drive and therefore I am wondering how I can go there.... Thanks!

1. you can take a taxi. Also there's a Public Bus route on Bank. Take the #4, #1, #14 or #7. http://www.octranspo.com/maps_menue.htm
2. Bus or cab, for sure but cheapest way is to walk. Three kilometres isn't that far and you can stop at any number of really neat coffee shops on the way.
