How do you order greyhound bus tickets online?

This might seem like a stupid question, but I tried to do it several times and every time I clicked on "get schedule" it said I needed to fill out ALL the required fields. I had filled them all out and the only required fields are the point of origin and the destination. I tried various things for these fields, using the city and state names and the addresses of the bus stops and the zip codes. Nothing worked. Has anyone ever used the website to buy bus tickets and can someone explain how to do it?

1. I just tried and didn't have any problems getting a schedule. Maybe their system was down when you tried. If you're still having problems give them a call: 1-800-231-2222 in North America, 1-214-849-8100 from overseas.
