Error message for greyhound schedule?

I'm trying to check out a greyhound schedule, and it keeps saying error. If I change the date, it shows what time. What does error message meaning? And should I just go to the bus stop on the time it shows on the other day?

2. maybe you enter the date wrong? like you said you were depart on sep 11 but arriving on sep 1 st? then you wouid get error message you had the date wrong
