  1. you can buy the tickets the day you go, leave extra time to buy the tickets, the line does get fairly long
  2. Yes you can. I've done it before. Just leave at least 30 minutes for waiting in line. I hope this information was very helpful.
  3. The answer to that is yes, you can purchase your ticket the same day you're going to the the amusement park. NJ Transit bus route 308 is the only bus route going to Six Flags from the city. There one daily departure and it is at 9:30am. The bus returns to the city just after 9pm. Good luck Native New Yorker
