Greyhound Buses changing schedule fee?

I heard that you have a $15 fee for changing days on your tickets and my husband needs to get back from where he visited for a family emergency. The problem is he has no money on him. Is it possible to use a credit card over the phone to pay the fee myself? Or can I go to the station near me and pay it there while he's at the other one?

1. Did you try calling them? 1-800-231-2222 If there is a fee, but you explain the situation, a supervisor might be able to waive it. Good luck.
