I am looking for its in 80s or 90s movie please tell me if you know that name of it?

a movie i am looking for still looking for 3 yrs now lol still having found it its from 80s or 90s i dont know really but its been years since i havent seen it and i want to see it but dont know the know so i am going to say every detail i remember about the movie i hope you can just give me every movie you think it is and details about the movie you think it as the year and all. ok i remember its like maybe film in england maybe in the begining all i remember is a girl with long brownish red hair walking after she got off a bus in the snow and walks to a like private/academy some school basically for girls as maybe there are in high school as that girl she is in the movie shy and virgin. as down the line loses it with a guy she likes that he goes to a boys academy. her friends she meets there at the school one dresses like a cowgirl and other one 80s look and they pick on one girl who is stuckup and just a B you know as her friends are too. so the girls i remember doing funny things like put some itching power in her clothes and another time took horse crap and put some in her dip or something it was she ate off her bread and didnt want to swallow but her teacher said we dont spit out we swallow after chumping and dont eat anymore.i remember there was a one of the friends and she was maybe britsh,russian or something but she was outside on a brigde and she was kissing first her boyfriend then she saw her teacher coming and told her boyfriend to go underneath her coat and then started eating her out lol while her teacher ask her where was someone. there was a russian girl another one i think as she a tank turns the middle of the movie i think as theres just alot in the movie yah thats why its confusing i cant find it lol so i went on here hoping you can help please any movie you think it is just go ahead and tell me well this all i remember of the movie maybe there was tennis i dont know well if you find the name of that movie and i will check it out and see if it is the movie i am looking for its not private school i know that for sure. well just tell me any more you think think is or what you know it is called please that would help me.

1. Oh man, I think I know what your talking about, but have no idea what it was called. Was there something to do with a big tennis match in it too?
