HELP! How to get from Springfield To Fair Oaks Mall using the metro (VA)?

Can some one find me a schedule for this week on how to get from Springfield To Fair oaks mall using the metro? I tried doing it through the website but I couldn't understand it.. I live on Rolling road too so if theres a bus that goes to franconia metro station from there that would be helpful too. -Also can i bring my bike onto the bus/metrorail???
