How much does a greyhound bus tickets cost ?

In the summer I'm planning to go to Barrie Ontario to see my dad. I live in Calgary. The Greyhound Website didn't say what it would cost. Help ?

1. They have only one option for that trip and it is the full fare of $265.00. They usually have several choices and have lower fares if you buy 2 or 3 weeks ahead of time. Best to CALL and ask. 1-800-661-TRIP (8747)
2. it would be just as cheap and a lot safer if you flew to TO and took the bus to Barrie. there might even be a go train during rush hours from TO to Barrie which would be cheaper than the bus

Actually Hybiscus is correct...Westjet shows seatsale fares YYC-YYZ of 174 plus taxes -adding up to about 240 bucks..you can get yourself over to the 400 on the TTC then up to Barrie for about 20 bucks.A flight from Calgary to Toronto is about 3 and a half hours.The bus will take about 2 and a half days.Also note that you'll have to buy food along the way on the bus trip (it all adds up),,,and that for 2 days + you'll want eyes in the back of your head-and not leave anything on your bus seat that isn't tied down if you have to stretch your legs...(air travel caters to a slightly ummm better clientele let's say)
