Do Charter Buses have bathroom sinks?

I am going on a 12-hour trip to Florida with my marching band and we are sleeping on the bus on the way there and I have the kind of contacts that I can't sleep in. I'd like to put them in on the bus as soon as I wake up and to do that i need to wash my hands. Do charter bus bathrooms have running water?

1. I think they just have hand sanitizer. You could take a bottle of water and save it for washing your hands.
