- I don't think so. I have a male Italian Greyhound who's about the same aggeand he's spunkier than he was when he was a puppy. . But I believe take your time finding the right male and I would consult your vet just to make sure. I bet shes just absolutely gorgeous! Good luck! :)
- no 5 years of age is generally the stopping point
- You can breed an IG for the first time at 4 she should be fine. They are a nice breed, and they are generally free whelpers. Be fussy, choose a nice male.
- You can breed a greyhound no matter what age you are....oh sorry, I thought you were talking about your age.
- i thought it was illegal to breed greyhounds...i have 2.....greyhounds origins are in egypt.....and is the only dog mentioned in the bible....
- Best person to ask is your vet. They can assess her condition and give you an opinion beased on that. She'll need all her vaccinations up to date to pass immunity on to the pups, and worming by the vet.
- A real breeder would know this. Breeding is alot more then putting a male and female together. Read this: http://www.learntobread.com to see what is really involved.
