What is it called when selling an interest in a litter of racing greyhounds without selling the greyhound?

I want to sell earnings in a racing greyhound litter when they are born. The upfront payment will be used for food and training. Proceeds from race tracks will be paid out. The people that invest to earn proceeds will not own any of the litter, just the earnings until they retire. What would a person call such an arrangement?

  1. In other words, you wish to purchase a "stake." There are different ways in which you can do this. You may wish to contact the National Greyhound Association, or go through classified ads (reference 1).
