Can I take a Greyhound Bus from Toronto ON to Columbus OH?

I am planning a trip in January to meet a friend and I am wondering if I can take the Greyhound to Columbus Ohio from Toronto or any other Greyhound station. Thanks.

1. Probable but you would have to take it to new york and then go on to your destination
2. Yes, the 11 hour trip requires 2 transfers in Buffalo & Cleveland. Bus leaves Toronto @ 6:45 AM and arrives in Columbus @ 5:45 PM.
