How many years do you think Wiz Khalifa will get for getting caught with 30 lbs of marijuana on his tour bus?

as some of you may know. he got arrested last night in north Carolina for having "30 pounds of weed" on his tour bus. but MTV says it was only 60 grams. he got out this morning with a 300,000 bail. but being that he is a celebrity, how long do you think he will spend in jail?

1. The sentence for trafficking is mandatory but they may reduce it to simple possession if it is his first offense, here is the mandatory sentence. When the quantity of marijuana is more than 10 pounds but less than 50 pounds, it is Level 1 trafficking, which carries a mandatory minimum of 25 months and a maximum of 30 months in state prison
