Someone else paid for a Greyhound bus ticket for me. How do I check the ticket status and transfer schedule?

I am wanting to verify my tickets and know what the bus schedule is ahead of time. I've visited the Greyhound website but can't figure out how to do it.

1. I do not think you can use the website because they only give you Information on the times and scheduling and you don't have the option of looking up for your ticket. I think your best bet is to call this number 1-800-231-2222 and ask them the information that way you get the correct info that you need and you don't become confused. Good luck!
