how to use tulare county transit?

actually i now how to use it but what i want to know is the schedule because i go to go to Visalia Ca from Dinuba Ca, and well i have to be there at 3:00am and i dont know any how to get there at that hour i dont have a car and well it seeme to be a difficult hoour to ride a bus but if anyone know a way to get from dinuba to visalia at that hour it will be appreciated

1. now do you mean 300 AM in the morning or do you mean 3:00PM in the afternoon you might have find a taxi at that hour or perhaps you can take the last bus there then find hotel to sleep in?
