1.Type of guaranteed Reservation you canceled: Airline Reservation with Priceline. 2.I did make a reservation with Priceline, which I then tried to cancel on: 07/09/10 the same day of flight and prior to flight departure time. 3.The cancellation request was by: phone Spoke with: Priceline customer service representative 4.Cancellation number I received: None 5.The reason for cancellation: My host was unable to pick me up due to illness at Milwaukee Mitchell Airport. I had arranged for my host to pick me up at (MK) to then be drove to Chicago to stay with my host. I was expected to arrive at 11:11pm and needed transportation to Chicago, IL. My original arrangement with host for transportation was not possible due to hostess illness. This interruption left my with no available transportation at expected time of arrival. The other possible transportation to Chicago were Wisconsin Coach USA Busses, Amtrak trains and Car Rentals if I were eligible, 21 years of age or older. No bus or train routes available at my time of arrival at (MKA). I have printed the schedule details of the Choach USA routes avail from (MKA) to Chicago O’Hare Airport(ORD) and Amtrak train routes from (MKA) to Chicago Union Station (CHI). Since I had no options of transportation (MKA) to (CHI) or (ORD) I needed to cancel my flight reservation with priceline, to resubmit an Airline reservation with an appropriate time of arrival for transportation. Addition Comments: I was aware of concelation fee of priceline Name your own price reservations, however I did purchase Airline Ticket Travel insurance. With the above information I should have been eligible for full refund for the above reasons. I was prevented from taking the flight due to my Host at destination having illness which gave no options of transportation. According to the Travel Arrangement protect I should be eligible for total cost of flight.
