Bus from NJ to Port authority on sunday?

I am catching a plane from Laguardia on Sunday morning and i need to be at the Port Authority by 6.00 am to get on a bus from there.I am coming from Weehawken NJ around Park Ave. I was looking at bus schedules online and can't find anything leaving this early for Manhattan.could you recommend a website? would it be easier to call a cab? How much would it cost to get to Port Authority from Weehawken/ Thank You!

  1. NJ Transit Bus Schedules http://411newyork.org/guide/2007/05/04/nj-transit-bus-schedules/ The NJ Transit 190 bus from leaving Patterson at 5:00 AM on Sunday will get you there by 6:00 AM if it is not late. You can get it near Pleasant Avenue and 30th Street. http://www.njtransit.com/pdf/bus/T1122.pdf (PDF) 2 Zone $3.20 http://www.njtransit.com/sa/sa_servlet.srv?hdnPageAction=ServiceAdjustmentTo&AdjustmentId=6771 (Bus Detour Info) Taxi is $15 to the PABT and $40 to LGA Airport. http://www.worldtaximeter.com/new-york/3712+Park+Avenue%2C+Weehawken%2C+NJ/Port+Authority+Bus+Terminal/ PABT http://www.worldtaximeter.com/new-york/3712+Park+Avenue%2C+Weehawken%2C+NJ/La+guardia+Airport/ LGA http://411newyork.org/guide/2007/05/14/payments-for-new-york-taxi-cabs/ If you go with the cab, make sure it is one that will not be late. Also, see if an airport shuttle (or car service) can give you a better rate than the metered cab. http://411newyork.org/guide/2007/05/16/shuttles-for-new-york-city/ Travel safe.
  2. I would go for a taxi. Since you need to be at the bus terminal at 6am, a taxi will be much faster than waiting for a bus. The one way fare from Park Avenue in Weehawken to the Port Authority Bus Terminal will cost you $15 to $20. Good luck
