Do u need a special license to drive a motorcoach bus conversion? Size of charter bus but interior of motorhom?

When I graduate I would loike to buy a charter bus conversion and tour the entire u.s... I wanted to know if I need to take a special coarse or hire a driver, or if I could just have a standard lisence. I have researched this many times but just can't find an answer anywhere. Please help!
