Cheapest bus service from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon South Rim?
I am trying to find the cheapest way to get from Las Vegas, NV to the South Rim of Grand Canyon. Is there any cheap bus service avail be from Vegas? I haven't found bus services, but have seen some tours, which start from about $100. Is there any cheaper way to get to the south rim?

- First you want to go to the South Rim. The West GC is not worth you time or money. Second, If you want to save money rent a car. It is simple to drive to the GC. Take a look at vegasnature.com and click on the Grand Canyon Picture. There is a video of what you will see followed by a map. There are load of thing to see on the way also.

- I don't think that you can do this for that price But let's see where this goes 1) take a Greyhound bus from Las Vegas to Flagstaff AZ about $59.00 2) Take the Arizona Shuttle from Flagstaff to GCNP for $29.00 http://www.arizonashuttle.com/fares There may be some issues with making a smooth connection between,Greyhound and the AZ Shuttle that will require you to spend a night in Flagstaff. Fret not Flagstaff is a very safe town that is loaded with inexpensive lodging. Once you get into GCNP proper the NPS operates a free shuttle bus service that you can use to navigate your way around the part of the Park that is west of the S.Kaibab trailhead Enjoy the Canyon
