How to reschedule a Greyhound bus ticket?

I have a nonrefundable ticket with greyhound but I need to change the date; I know it costs 15 dollars but I am a little confused I couldn't understand the customer service rep very well what I got from her though; is that I had to go to the terminal to change the date. Is this right?
