Is there a bus service from la manga club to the la manga strip?

I will be staying up in the hotel in La Manga Club and I was wondering if there is a bus service that runs from anywhere in La Manga Club down to the La Manga Strip/Cartagena area?? Would be great if someone could get back to me!
