What are the jeepney/bus routes that can bring me to Luneta/Rizal Park?

I am trying to compile directions going to Luneta and Rizal Park. Thanks! I would love to get information on all the possible routes available as I am compiling them for a friend.

1. tell us where you from.. would you? -------^O^------- Okay, here's my part (: From Cubao Quezon City take a jeepney or fx taxi with signboard; Lawton, Luneta, Post Office and City Hall... All these will pass through Luneta/Rizal Park.. The waiting area is next to Jollibbe in front of Goldilocks (If I'm not mistaken)... Just wait for another answerer to add information...
