USA Bus Lines

Can I bus driver not allow a homeless guy on a bus?

I was on a King Metro bus in Washington heading towards Seattle and the bus stopped in front of a mall. One guy got on the bus and said, "Wait driver, there's a guy coming " So the bus driver looks in the mirror and realizes its a homeless guy and then quickly closes the door. The bus driver tells the ppl on the bus, "He's homeless and he will stink the bus." Can a bus driver do that? Is this discrimination? Can a bus driver say no to a homeless guy who has 2 bucks to get on?

  1. no he cant. if the guy has money to pay for the ride then he has to let him on. if he doesnt, well i still think he has to let him on. hes homeless. thats descrimination.
  2. Probably not. But, if I was on the bus, I would be glad that he did. I would not to ride with a crazy stinky person.
