Does a shuttle service get paid from hotels they stop in?

Im thinkin about owning a shuttle bus to go between 3 hotels in a 2 mile radii.

1. no the hotel gets a kickback.there's probably a manager you can pay to use your service for his guests, that's usually how it works.
2. Yeah no, it's the exact opposite lol.
