Is it ok to follow a tour bus to the hotel they are staying at to ask for autographs?

For instance, when Justin Bieber goes on tour this summer (2010), he will probably get a tour bus. I preordered tickets but I didn't get the VIP packages because they were too expensive. I really want to get his autograph because I probably won't get to see him again. So, I was wondering if it was illegal to follow a tour bus to their hotel..or if there was some way to find out which hotel they are staying at so I can stay a night there and would be easier.

3. whatever you want to do, it probably would be easier to try and find out where he's staying ahead of time cos it's really hard to get out of the parking lot after concerts!
