USA Bus Lines

There is a bus driver with a huge attitude problem and a inferiority complex.?

Okay to start off it seems that this bus driver is quite infamous. There was one time which directly relates to me where he literally yelled at me because I got off the bus too quickly (like after two stops). It shouldn't really matter to him because I paid him the money, and dude I realized I was on the wrong bus what the hell? And another time he passes by a legit bus stop (and I found out that he needed to stop there on his route so it's a legit stop) almost twice actually, the second time he stopped but of course had to say a rude remark saying how I didn't stop him properly. And one time this happened to another person while I was still on the bus, that stupid bus driver yelled at a poor old lady for not finding a seat fast enough. WTF? It was crowded that day so it was hard to find a seat, and she had a bad leg. It wasn't even that slow either after like only 15 seconds he started to go crazy. Other people that time told the bus driver to shut the fuck up and that's when he finally calmed down, obviously having nothing to say because he's on the wrong. And that's not all, this incident I didn't see this myself but according to my sources there was one time when a guy who didn't know the neighborhood well just asked the bus driver if he could say out loud if a certain bus stop was near. That crazy bus driver snapped at him too saying that he'll know when he sees it. Last time I checked the bus driver could've politely told him, "I'm sorry but it's kind of hectic so I might not be able to do that for you, I'll try, but please do not blame me when I end up not saying it" And including it's no big deal to alert someone when a stop is near. I actually filed a complaint on this guy, but his attitude isn't changing and neither is he getting fired. Should I directly go to the transit office to make him get his act together? And unfortunately sometimes I have to take the bus he's driving because it goes along with my work schedule.

  1. I have seen this before in my state of Texas and 8 out of 10 times nothing happens, this is from the news channel that did the report.. The thing that you need to do as you have already stated, is to go in-person and file the complaint with the supervisor in charge, get his or her name and id number plus leave your number so that you can be contacted back... Best of luck and you will see results....
