1. Well, what type of laptop are you wanting? Gaming, personal etc..?
2. It seems good. However it would be better if you go for Intel rather than AMD. AMD is not bad, but Intel is the best. Otherwise AMD is fine. I heard that they recently made some changes to their system and now it does not overheat, as it used to before.
