USA Bus Lines

I'm looking for a great bus tour company that goes to Florida/Canada/Virginia/ departing from NYC. Any ideas?

I once took a vacation bus tour from NYC to Orlando about eight years ago. It lasted 7 days--2 traveling to Florida, 3 in FL, and 2 traveling back to NYC. We picked people up and dropped people off from New Jersey also. I'm looking for a dependable bus tour company that goes to places around the East Coast and Canada. I've heard too many horror stories about companies with bad business practices, and I would rather avoid a questionable bus tour company.
