moving to rutherford, nj how far is nyc from bus 190?
i am planning to move to rutherford nj. Right near rutherford station. I see there is bus 190 that takes me to port authority, nyc. i have 3 questions. can u pls answer all. 1. is it big bus or small? long lines and wait? do i get place to sit always? 2. is the bus VERY reliable? usually on time? does snow disrupt the schedule a lot? 3. in the morning and evening hours, how long is the commute to port authority, nyc? how many stops does it make total before nyc. (i will be going to nyc at 8 am in the morning and coming back at 6pm). nj transit website says 28 mins total. is that true? pls answer all the questions. and pls dont copy paste answer from njtransit.com website. i already saw that. pls let me know if you have first hand experience.

- In regards to your first question. The bus that NJ Transit operates are the large buses that is use by inter-city bus operators, such as Greyhound and Megabus. In regards to your second question. NJ Transit bus operate on schdule timetable. This mean if you miss a bus you will have to a while for the next one. The commuter from Rutherford to the City show take about a half hour. However, traffic into the City can get heavy during that hours can get bit heavy, therefore, allow for extra time.
