Question about public transportation in Maryland?

The schedule shows no buses going from Naval Center to Bethesda during the noon time. How can I get a taxi from Naval Center to Bethesda during the noon time? Or other bus routes from Naval Center to Bethesda during the noon time? Thank you very much!

1. Those are only ride on buses, check metro. I think the J2 goes there and if you're talking about bethesda naval the metro is nearby.
