Bus travel between Boston and New York?
Anyone know an inexpensive bus option between Boston and New York that is NOT Fung Wah or Sunshine? A few weeks ago, some new company launched service, but I can't find it in a search. Also, anyone know about Boston Deluxe?

- the best of the best is limoliner, but its not cheap, then you just have the tipical, peter pan, etc, which are only like 10 more bucks from fung wa
- my friend, one word, greyhound. at $35 bucks, its a bargain. if your a student and have a student advantage card, its even better. you can also try peter pan, which has reserve seating for only $5, an even bigger bargain (more info on the website). both lines go to the port authority bus terminal. as for boston deluxe, yeah $15 from the christian science plaza in boston to 86th Street and 2nd Avenue or 1250 broadway, which is at 32nd street and broadway, near macy's department store. the trip is four hours, so have a book handy. good luck and enjoy you trip.
- you might be thinking of Vamoose, run by Hasidim. but right now their service between NYC and Cambridge, MA, isn't running.
- Stick with Greyhound and Peter Pan. The price difference betw PP and GL when compared with cheaper options is not really that much. At least GL and PP will get you to your destination safely. They are also insured and properly licensed. Could that be said about lesser named operators? I'm not so sure.
