1. Charters, by definition, do not have fixed schedules. The time at which the bus driver is told to report to work varies from day to day depending on what time the first charter is that day.
2. A charter, is a scheduled trip other than a school run. Many charter drivers also have school runs. even if they dont have a school run they get to work the same time as the rest and are considered a "spare" driver until the time of the trip. on another note, charter drivers make it a point to be at the location of pickup at LEAST 45 minutes to an hour ahead of the scheduled departure time. so if the leave time is for sayyyy 8 am for an all day trip, they will be there by 715-720 to get all the necessary paperwork filled out. meaning they are at work by 6.
