Buses To Mexico?

I'm planning on leaving from Dallas to Michoacan, Mexico. i'm traveling by bus, but I need more info. I'm wondering if anyone had any suggestions for buses to take. I'm looking for the numbers to El Conejo and El Tornado. If anyone had any suggestions for bus lines and bus line phone numbers could you please help me. Thanks, Krystal

1. im from houston so i dont know anything about the busses, but what i do know is make sure that the bus you take has an a/c because if not then it can get pretty nasty.... i hope you find one :o)
2. You can try Greyhound, to go from Dallas to Monterrey (northeastern Mexico). From there, it should be 12 hours to Mexico City (i do not advise it if you're traveling alone). From there it should be about 4 to 6 hours to Morelia. Check also flights from Monterrey by www.vivaaerobus.com www.volaris.com www.interjet.com Some times, they are cheaper than bus
3. I would suggest checking into the mexican bus lines,( the ejecitivos). They make american buses (Greyhound) look very ghetto!
4. Get a bus to Guadalajara first. Then you have several choices once you arrive in Guadalajara. Forget going to Mexico City.
5. You can use TURIMEX from Dallas to Monterrey, Nuevo Leon(aprox 35 USD). After you must use ETN (the best company of buses in Mexico) to travel from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon to Morelia, Michoacan (No stops, aprox 800 Mexican Pesos) El Conejo make a lot of stops and the trip is very tired, belive me. I'm from Guanajuato, near Michacan
