USA Bus Lines

Can anyone tell me what is the best bus station and/ or bus line in Tijuana?

I am trying to get from Tijuana to Ciudad Juarez. Any other general advice about bus transport in Mexico is welcome.

1. My wife travelled the other way from Cuidad Juarez to Tijuana using la Estrella Blanca buslines for 1,500 pesos (about $110) on September 5-6, 2009. Also twice when I was going down Avenida Technologico, I saw el Chihuahuense busline (gray with a hare on its side) going eastbound either to the Central Camionera or Cuidad Juarez. If you are in California, you can call the Estrella Blanca in Huntington Park (down the block from Tres Estrellas de Oro) or go visit them near the corner of Florence and Santa Fe.
