Minneapolis to Winona, MN. How to get there??

Hi. I'm landing at Minneapolis Airport on 5th September at 12PM. I need to get to Winona which is also in Minnesota. I have tried Amtrak but they only have one train a day from Minneapolis to Winona which leaves at 12PM. I also tried Jefferson Buslines and they have one bus which goes there but at 10AM each day. I can't seem to get any information from Greyhound. Do any MN locals know of any other ways to get to Winona from Minneapolis, which would be leaving after approximately 1PM. Thanks.

1. I might suggest renting a car and using mapquest.
2. Winona is located about 2.5 hours SE of Minneapolis/St. Paul. Unfortunately, it's a small college town and because of that, there isn't very many options for transportation. Do you have the option to rent a car? That might be one of your only options since you're arriving after Amtrack and Jefferson leave. Otherwise is it possible to leave on an earlier flight? Those would be my only suggestions. Unfortunately there aren't many options for a Mpls to Winona trip.
